2023 U13 All-day Camp

How is your camp different? What will you do for my child?

Ours is the only all-day, full-circle style camp your player will need. By focusing on:

• Skating
• Edges
• Stick Skills
• Offensive and Defensive Play

participating in our camp gives your player the best chance for a successful season.

But most importantly your child will experience the one-on-one attention to development we provide while you enjoy a lower cost per session than our competition. If your child is not doing it right, we’ll help them fix it. If they can be doing it better, we show them how. Developing talent should be effective and affordable. We provide both.

Who is leading the instruction?

Your child will learn from our head instructor of 10 years, Ian Bablitz. An Inside Edge alumnus, Ian retired from junior hockey in 2015. In 2016, while attending university, Ian joined the U of A Pandas as an assistant coach, a role he’s held since – including their 2016/2017 national championship season. In his daily life, Ian spends his days as a teacher with Edmonton Public Schools.  

How many instructors will be out on the ice?

We keep the ratio of one instructor to every five players.

How many players are on the ice?

We have a maximum of 20 players plus two goalies.

Who should register for this camp?

This camp is for players trying out or evaluating for U13 / Peewee for the 2023/2024 season. 

Camp is held August 21-25, how will it run?

• Player drop off at 10:00 am.
• The camp combines two 75-minute ice sessions and dryland training each day.
• Player pick up at 4:15 pm.

All players must bring their own lunch, water bottle, and dryland gear each day.

How Much?

Attendance for this all-day camp is $465 + GST. 

What is your Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy?

• Registration withdrawals or cancellations up to 14 days prior to camp start date will be refunded less a $50 administration fee.
• Registration withdrawals or cancellations 13 days or less prior to the camp start date, will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.
• No refunds will be issued on the camp start date, while camp is in progress, or after camp has concluded.
