Welcome to our 2-day hitting camp:

• 4 full-ice, 60-minute sessions 
• Learning to apply and receive body contact 
• Using body positioning for shielding the puck
• Proper hitting techniques and strategies to initiate body contact
• Strategies for situational awareness and injury prevention for both Forwards and Defense
• Space capped at 15 players 

Space is intentionally limited to maximize player instruction.

Withdrawals and Cancellations:

• Registration withdrawals or cancellations up to 14 days prior to camp start date will be refunded less a $50 administration fee.
• Registration withdrawals or cancellations 13 days or less prior to the camp start date, will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.
• No refunds will be issued on the camp start date, while camp is in progress, or after camp has concluded.
