Over the course of 10 days, we push our players to their limits. With over 20 years experience working with WHL, NCAA, and Pro players, we provide every opportunity to develop explosive power and quickness in each one-hour session.
Our hockey-focused power skating centres on edge control, acceleration, and stride mechanics. Again, our instruction is hockey focused, not figure skating focused - the difference imperative.
We also incorporate individual skater video review, time trials to track progression, and pre-exhaustion dryland training to increase the player's ability to create muscle memory.
We use pucks and game situations to help our players develop offense producing speed and create a seamless transition from our camps to your season.
We have a 24 player maximum. Boys and girls are welcome.
