Thursday Morning Edges and Stride Mechanics
Developing stronger edges, balance, and stride mechanics to unlock explosive speed and power.
What the players are working on:
- Faster stride through improved extension and recovery
- Stronger edge control to create more scoring chances
- Smarter scoring habits with high-efficiency techniques every player should know

Shooting Camp

Get ready to flex your skills and your stick this June. Starting with a short virtual meeting providing an overview of what we’ll work on followed by off-ice instruction, and then 2.5 hours of on-ice shooting, your shot selection, strength, flex, and power will have you sniping bar down with authority. Let’s get started.

All-day Prep Camp
Price TBD
Ours is the only all-day, full-circle style camp your player will need. By focusing on:
- Skating
- Edges
- Stick Skills
- Offensive and Defensive Play
your player’s participation in our camp offers the best chance for a successful season.
More importantly, your child will experience the one-on-one attention to development we provide while you enjoy a lower cost per session than our competition. If your child is not doing it right, we’ll help them fix it. If they can be doing it better, we show them how. Developing talent should be effective and affordable. We provide both.
How many instructors will be out on the ice?
We keep the ratio of one instructor to every five players.
How many players are on the ice?
We have a maximum of 20 players plus two goalies.
Who should register for this camp?
This camp is for AAA, AA, Tier1 and 2 players trying out or evaluating for U13 / Peewee for the 2025/2026 season.

All players must bring their own lunch and snacks, water bottle, and dryland gear each day.
