With attendance capped at 20 players, this camp focusses on various aspects of the game including skating, stickhandling, shooting, passing, positional play, and defensive tactics. These sessions are designed to challenge you and push you to improve your on-ice abilities.
You will participate in advanced drills and techniques tailored to the level of play and designed to improve both your individual skills and team tactics, helping you develop a deeper understanding of the game and demonstrating how to excel in different situations.
You will apply the skills you’ve learned in a game-like environment, by engaging in simulated game situations. You will practice your skills in real-time scenarios and adapt to the fast-paced nature of competitive hockey.
Overall, our elite-level female hockey skills camp offers you a comprehensive and immersive experience designed to elevate your performance as an elite player and prepares you for success at the highest levels of the sport.
